Because the weather has been dreadful this winter, my cardio has been indoors on an elliptical trainer. Even though I watch TV while doing my 30 minutes a day, I get really bored. I break my cardio down into 15 minute segments which breaks the boredom and I no longer dread cardio.

  • I do the same. A work, I sneak in calf raises. I manage to get at least 100 of them done before the end of the day. I work at a daycare center, so when the children nap, I just keep walking around the classroom, stretch, or do any type of movement. - by PRIN1978
