Take your measurements at the beginning of your weight loss journey. On the weeks you're not losing weight check your measurements again. Chances are that you may not have lost weight but you may have lost inches.
I really regret not taking my measurements. I know I've lost inches but I always wonder how much I've lost.
I have a tendancy to not want to weigh myself . . I get frustrated if the number doesn't go down when I think it should go down 20 So I have started taking my measurements. I weigh myself only once a month, and measure myself twice a month. The measurements change and it gives me a little confidence boost! 104 I like seeing the measurements go down.
When I make my spaghetti or any other recipe that's homemade, I mix 10 times the measurement and when I make that recipe I only measure out 1 measurement, counting all the measurements and still have 9 left but don't have to remeasure since its already in the bag. LOL
