After going to a restaurant, ordering an entrée which looks healthy, and then going home to read nutrition data, only to become angry with the restaurant for "tricking me," I have decided to read the nutrition data before going to the restaurant, so that I can make better choices.

    I do this all the time! That way I don't even look at the menu (at all the tasty fatty dishes). I have already decided what is the best meal for me. I also order water and keep my hand on it often- forces me to drink more water! Flavour the water with lots of lime or lemon. - by KYSIE2010
