Sew a drawstring bag from two kitchen towels. When you wash your lettuce, you can put it in the bag and shake so that the towels absorb the moisture. The towel bag can be washed and recycled. Use this for washing grapes too!

Green Tea is proven to aid with weight loss as well as having other health benefits - also the caffeine found in Green tea is dramatically lower than black tea & coffee which of course means less caffeine happier body!! If you want to check or read more information on Green Tea then follow the link and I hope this helps for you all as well 30
So I really, really do not like most vegetables, but especially not green, leafy vegetables. My clever husband has been making pesto with greens and I just love it! He blends together greens (he so far has used beet greens, turnip greens, and mustard greens), garlic, olive oil, and herbs to taste. Fantastic!
