I had read a blog comment and it said to change up your exercise so the muscles don't get use to the same routine.
I am trying that and it is more variety and not so boring. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

  • i do that to..yesterday i walked 6.2 miles and today i did Leslie Sansone walk off the pounds Walk strong express which has aerobics, interval training, and strength training..I did hardcore aerobics for 3 minutes then strength training then vicea versa for 30 minutes...thinking i might have to do another interval type wiht my stationary bike emoticon - by IRISHMOM171
