I had to drag myself to the gym every time. Since I hated it, I did it as quickly as possible and left. No wonder I never made any progress... But when I decided to try the classes at my gym, I found I love low-impact aerobics, Zumba, pilates... Now I'm at the gym 6 or 7 days a week!

This is the easiest trick to exercising, always find something that excites you, You dont wanna be stuck with the same mundane routine day after day. For example Monday do yoga, Tuesday running, wend try a dance class like salsa,etc . This will make exercise a lot more fun for you.
I love Laughing Cow lite cheese & use it to spread on the bread for a sandwich instead of mayo, or over a stick of celery & put pistachio nuts in it for a super snack...then discovered it's great for replacing butter in mashed potatoes! YUM!
It's just fun to find all the uses!
Everyone falls off the wagon at times, but it's not the fact that we fall off but the fact that we get back on, that counts. When you want to come back after time off, think about how far you've already come. Even if you gained back weight, or maybe gained back all and then some, you've still never gone completely back to that old you. You STILL are in the fight to be healthy, and that has to count for something!
