It's not that hard anymore for me. I just bring out old pics of me weighing in at 545 lbs and look where I'm at now, 297 and remember how it FELT to be such a huge person. That's how it's easy for me to get back on track again !
Do yourselves a favor keep a photo diary along with your written journals this will really help you maybe even remind you to jump back on your own bandwagon so that each time you fall off track you can get right back on again !

Through all the cravings it's possible to stay on plan (OP). Substitute sweets for sweet fruits. If you do crave chocolate get the low cal versions. Keep single servings in the house only when on your time of the month. It's easy to go overboard as we all know. So do yourselves a favor and give yourself the gift of less. Don't give in. Read as many motivational pages as possible. And look back at your photo diaries. You'll be surprised at how much you've lost.
