they are so goooood!! that it is easy to eat more than one but if u do that, u will definitely be paying for it later! so u might want to make sure u actually only stick to one or your stomach will be hurting later! Good note so that u don't overdo it!

I find that if I go to my nutrition tracker the night before, I can plan my meals around what I am doing that day, and stay focused. It's when I dont plan my meals and find myself running errands hungry, I overeat later, or blow my calories in the drive-thru of the closest fast food joint. 488
