High Intensity Interval Training really works. On the treadmill I like to do a 2 minute all out sprint then two minute moderate paced walk in between. Do this 15 times and you've done 30 minutes of cardio! emoticon

    I do this as well. It really makes the time fly, & it doesn't get boring.

    I am a huge fan of the interval training! I do some interval training on treadmill as well as the INSANITY program.

    I'm an avid Biggest Loser fan, and I've seen them do it on the show. I've been thinking about trying it myself, just have to get off my lazy duff and do it...thanks for the motivation!

    also great on the stair climber, eliptical, bike. If you don't run you could do 2 minutes walking at high incline, 2 minutes no incline
