Go fishing, mow the lawn, work in your garden.

MORE INFORMATION:
When I have a day when I really don't want to walk or use my DVD's, I'll change it up and mow the lawn, go fishing or work in my garden. These activities burn lots more calories and gives me a break for the same old thing.
