The vision collage can be a great source of motivation, but what about when you're traveling or at work and away from your visual reminder of your goals? Add it to your phone! Create an album on your phone of motivational photos, or write yourself a "note" of motivational words and quotes that you can turn to when you're tempted to go off course.
Develop a spark streak of beginning and ending each day with a positive thought. It can be something that affirms your particular faith community; it can be thankful for another day to be alive, it can be anything.
Consider creating a series of positive thoughts or quotes and having them by your bedside for quick referal.
wheather im on the internet, reading a book or talking to someone if i hear something that may motivate me at some point. i write it down, put it in a data base im keeping and print it out for my notbook. i have so many of them. for . i love to open my book and read something and it helps!
