I 've tried starving, counting calories, reading labels-eating whole grains, low sugar, low salt, high fiber, high protein low carb you name it - I have done it! I am on a plateau - an what is working for me now? eating 6 small meals - about 1 every 3 hours - all meals w/carbs, protein & fat.

  • I do the exact same thing. Small plate and a salad fork also help me.
