i have diet bowls sitting on my counter, one is labeled healthy snacks, one is labeled fruits, one is labeled vegetables, meat, exercise etc. In these bowls i have put strips of paper in them of choices that must be included in order for me to lose weight. This gives me a new choice everyday.
In order for this to work, you must pick from each one at least once per day, what you pick you have to include in your meal plan. Please do not put cookies, cake, soda,doughnuts or chips in your choices ,you know you can't have that!, only healthy low fat choices to choose from.

I'm going to a Super Bowl Party today and was asked to bring snacks. So I am bringing a bag of Doritos (which I don't really eat anyway), pretzels, and I made a vegetable tray.
Regardless of what other food will be there, I can have a small handful of pretzels for my salty craving fix and I know that I have veggies to eat. Planning ahead so I don't feel trapped or tempted to eat junk food for hours on end.
Don't worry about eating healthy every day this week. Focus on eating healthier now. Don't stress about a whole week of working out. Be active today. Don't borrow stress and trouble from tomorrow. Focus on today. Tomorrow will come soon enough.
