i have diet bowls sitting on my counter, one is labeled healthy snacks, one is labeled fruits, one is labeled vegetables, meat, exercise etc. In these bowls i have put strips of paper in them of choices that must be included in order for me to lose weight. This gives me a new choice everyday.

MORE INFORMATION:
In order for this to work, you must pick from each one at least once per day, what you pick you have to include in your meal plan. Please do not put cookies, cake, soda,doughnuts or chips in your choices ,you know you can't have that!, only healthy low fat choices to choose from.

    This is a great idea! I am definitely going to give it a try. This is one of my weak areas so implementing this strategy will definitely take away one excuse for straying away from my program.
