I am makinag a habit of Walking everyday after having my dinner. Yesterday it was too late, and was raining ,too. I am happy that i walked indoor even if it was for a few minutes. Its helping in digestion and burning a handful of Calories, too

Take smaller bites& chew longer to savor your Thanksgiving dinner as this will aid in digestion & reduce the total number of calories & carbs that can prove to be a problem.. Carb laden food such as potatoes, sweet potatoes & stuffing should be eaten in small amounts. Stay away from candied sweet potatoes. Take a walk after dinner or help with the dishes. Work off some calories.
We've made it a nightly activity to go for a family walk after dinner. My children love to run, so we have races up, down and around the block. This adds a little extra cardio to the day and I'm the coolest Mommy ever.
