For breakfast, stir 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder & 1/2C milk together & add cereal (& fruit). Yummy and a great high protein way to start your day. Oh, and they make chocolate & strawbery, too! ;)
I eat Vector brand cereal (or similar) because it's nutritious, high protein, high fibre (fiber) and not to sweet. I get my powder at Costco, but any healthy sport type food place will have it.
I eat every 2 hours during the day, breakfast, 2 hrs later snack, ( i eat the light tuna in packet only 80 cals and 16g of protein) 2 hours later lunch, then a snack then dinner then a snack about 7pm. And I drink lovely H2O during the day too.306
