I bought 2 - 32 oz. bottles of gator-aide and use them over and over again for my water for the day. One, I add a flavored to go packet (Hawaiian Punch) which gives me a treat every time I take a drink. When they are both empty, I'm done for the day. The plain water goes down easy after I exercise.

Punching and kicking the bag three times a week 326
I find that punching and kicking the boxing bag helps me relieves stress. You need a pair of gloves and bag. I also got the stand for it cause I didn't want to hang it. After I finish working out with it I feel a lot better..If I am mad or upset I just go and take it out on my bag.
