My secret to success is in my routine. Every morning, I get up, spend 20-3- minutes doing simple yoga and drink my pot of tea. Then I make a small healthy breakfast and my daily smoothie. I have 10 minutes to write something for SparkPeople, then I get ready for work. It works for me, and keeps me in line with my life goals. Have a great day!
Later in the day, I get in an hour walk. Keep the routine going, and you get in far more exercise than you will with no routine.
I get bored a lot and find myself wanting to snack. I have found that if I snack 3 times a day and each snack I have one of my favorite 100 calorie snack packs it satisfies my snack craving, my sweet's or salty craving and it keeps me in line with my calorie counting so I don't go over my daily calories.
