Looking at the whole picture keeps me focused on the end goal. It's not the restrictive rules that help me, it's knowing that everything works together to re-create a lifestyle pattern that I can live with.I can't be perfect, but I can be consistent.
I work on my choices everyday and try to keep track of them with the SP tools. Every new positive habit is a step toward a healthier life, whether it's food or exercise, or attitude. I know that everything good thing I learn and practice will end up making me healthier and happier in the long run.
