Sometimes when I'm faced with something tempting and I'm tempted to blow my portion control, I need to remind myself that this is not the last piece of chocolate/lasagne/cheese in the world... I've had my bit, and I *don't* need more. I *will* get more--later!
I think in order to stay on the wagon, we need to also enjoy ourselves... too much denial is not good. But it's good to have a healthy framework for an indulgence.
