I COOK IN LARGE BATCHES ON THE WEEK ENDS AND FREEZE IT . IT REALLY DOES HELP WHEN I A HURY DORING THE WEEK JUST POP IT I TH MICROWAVE AND THEN YOU ARE EATING MORE HEALTHY AND NOT GOING FOR BAD FOOD CHOICES! AND I CLEAN UP AS I GO ALONG THEN IT'S NOT SO BAD WHEN I AM DONE!

Save some left over turkey and freeze it until your ready to make soup!!!!!!
Unthaw the turkey you placed in the freezer place in crockpot, add 2 large chicken broth,half can of tomatoe juice,frozen peas,frozencarrots,frozen beans of your choice and 1 large can of sliced mushrooms,salt & pepper to taste.( add 3-6 bay leaves also) cook over night.Thicken with cornstarch!!!!!
