use pan spray instead of oil..works great and saves LOTS of calories!!

    That's great for stainless steel cookware or stoneware, but not so good for non-stick cookware. Check the label; the commercial sprays may contain alcohol which is not good for non-stick surfaces. You would be better off putting a small amount of oil on a paper towel or an onion, then applying it to the surface. Still just a teeny amount of oil.
