In my efforts to cook in a healthier fashion I have become hooked on Pam cooking spray. I use it for stir-fry, eggs and even for coating on bread when I make grilled cheese sandwiches. It helps to reduce fat in cooking and also makes cleaning the pans a lot easier!

I have been using PAM in my kitchen for years. I use it for anything from frying eggs to "butter" the baking sheet/form. It's my best friend. You save so many calories by using it.
Have a cup of low calorie soup before supper and you will eat less! Chicken broth based or beef broth based are best - avoid creamy or cheesy choices for best results.
