Don't have enough time throughout your day to exercise. Why not break it up into three 10-minute sessions? If you're working, use your breaks and lunch hour. At least you're getting the recommended minimum of 30 minutes a day.

I wasn't much of a BS tester till I got my A1C results back...What a Disappointment. Now I test first thing in the morning, before I exercise and 2hrs after dinner. Now I know how what I'm eating and doing is affecting my BS...I'm feeling and eating much better... Test On !!!!
