Don't have enough time throughout your day to exercise. Why not break it up into three 10-minute sessions? If you're working, use your breaks and lunch hour. At least you're getting the recommended minimum of 30 minutes a day.

    Well this is for those people who don't have the time to do it all in one shot.

    I can never do that. Once I start working out, that's it. Can't break it up, but sounds interesting!
