...drink more than if it's room temperature!

I used to filter my water in the a.m. and then let it sit all day at room temp before going to the gym. I found that if I chilled the water in my office fridge during the day and then took it to the gym, I'd drink more of it chilled than not.

    Do not forget, drinking chilled water helps you burn extra calories. Your body has to raise the water to body temperature, and that burns calories.

    This is very true. I always tend to drink more water on a daily basis if it is chilled. Good tip!
