Chill Your Water Before Your Workout! You'Ll...




...drink more than if it's room temperature!

I used to filter my water in the a.m. and then let it sit all day at room temp before going to the gym. I found that if I chilled the water in my office fridge during the day and then took it to the gym, I'd drink more of it chilled than not.
