I used to filter my water in the a.m. and then let it sit all day at room temp before going to the gym. I found that if I chilled the water in my office fridge during the day and then took it to the gym, I'd drink more of it chilled than not.

Drinking water is usually avoided because it can be just plain boring. Jazz it up with a calorie/sugar free mixer like Crystal Light and put it on ice or chill it in the fridge and you'll see that it is so much easier to down it that way! I drink mine in a big ole mug with a straw! It makes it a little more exciting to get in that needed water everyday! :)
I go out to eat once a week or so and bring home half ..I always get pretty much what I want. I noticed that when I brought home leftovers and the fat was cold & congilled..made me think I will seperate as much as I can before I warm them up from now on..thus cutting down on some of the fat.
