Substitute For Eggs In Baking

For 1 egg in recipes like cakes, brownies, breads, etc
1 mashed banana
1/4 cup applesauce
2 tbsp. wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp. light butter, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, and 2 tsp. water
Grind 3 teaspoons flax seeds, whisk into boiling water. Let stand 5 mins before adding to mixture

    Wow! I didn't know there was any other egg substitute except applesauce and egg beaters.
