I cook up my meals for the week on sunday and freeze them in individual packages. Then mark with the day I planed it for. You don't need a seal a meal if your only doing a week at a time. Seal up a freezer bag, leaving an opening big enough for a straw to fit in and suck out the air, works great

Hi Maybethistime3's. I do the same thing, except I don't freeze my items. I pack everyone lunch (for three) for the week and we grab and go in the morning. I even prep my lunch for two days at a time. Saves time and money. Have a great day.
