Get the pasta feel without all the pasta. Drain it, rinse it and parboil to get rid of the odor. You'll get used to the texture - I promise

I use these too, and love them. If you want a meat spaghetti sauce without the meat, try some Morning Star Beef Crumbles (made from tofu, also) and add to your spaghetti sauce.

My order of Miraclenoodles arrived today. Odd texture, but I will use up the 20 I ordered knowing that they are calorie-free! I had dinner with angel hair & spaghetti sauce for 71 calories.

For the past 6 months I have been cooking with shirataki noodles instead of regular pasta. Depending on which shirataki noodle you get, they can be anywhere from 0 to 20 cal. per serving instead of the regular 200 cal per serving for regular pasta.
