If you are like me, there are a bunch of veggies out there that I have yet to try and am afraid to because of waste and cost. So do what I do and mix them with other veggies you love, like parsnips with carrots, broccoli with cauliflower, etc.

Involve children in meal prep. When kids have ownership they will want to eat the food they made. This is a great opportunity to introduce new veggies. In addition to learning to eat new foods, kids will learn about nutrition, cooking, cleaning up, working to help the family & kitchen safety.
I started my son cutting avocados with a plastic knife at 3. At 6 he is a pro with a chef's knife under my supervision of course. He loves to taste the new veggies that he cuts up for me!
First I introduce a new eating routine.First I forced myself into having breakfast,after one week when this was settle I introduce the rule '5 meals a day' after this water and so on.After one month and a half I introduce fitness starting with a daily walk to exercising 2 hours per day.
I try to make my snacks include fruit and/ or veggies and to balance those carbs with a protein. I also try to keep them in the 100-150 cal range. A friend introduced me to this snack a couple of weeks ago and it is my new favorite!
Cut an apple or pear into quarters, grind fresh black pepper and a little salt over the top, squeeze a little fresh lemon juice. A perfect sweet, savory, salty snack! I add a slice of Jarlsberg lite cheese and it comes in around 120 cals, delicious and satisying!
