I know this is not new but it works for me. every day I get up 30 min earlier then normal so that I can walk it is often dark still so I take one of my dogs this is fun because one dog likes to get the rabbits and the other wants the deer and elk yes you got it I live in the country I live it this way bothe my animals and I get some exercise and if the walk goes fast enough I get the other dog and do it again
