This Sparked Me!

Instead of putting sour cream on a baked potato I put a dab of non fat plain yogurt. It may sound a bit weird, but I think you would be amazed how close in taste they are.

I'm with ya - I use nonfat greek yogurt b/c it's thick and tangy like sour cream :)

I blend and use cottage cheese. It gives it a bit of a cheezy flavor, too.

The Greek-style yogurt is better than the other kind, but I totally agree - great on baked potatoes.

It makes a great potato chip dip, too (not that I'm eating them anymore!) Or a veggie dip.

I love doing this as well! Goes great on burritos =)

You are so right, I use plain yogurt all the time on potatoes emoticon
