Today the lines were long I was really in a hurry. I decided to do some foot exercises and i did toe lifts, I counted them then i did heel raises, I plan to make habit of this it took away my bad attitude to wasting time, I used my time in the checkout line very well.
When i have a lot of earrands to run, i literally run. I run from the house to the car, the car to the store, i Jog in place at the checkout line, I make it a game, how fast can i get my earrands done.
Put one thing from the cart back, then put that $ in savings.
When I go "major" shopping at the grocery store or for clothes or paper goods, before I pay at the checkout line, I look at my cart and I put one thing back on the shelf. Then I go home and transfer the amount of that item into my savings account, even if it's only $2 or $3. Now I look forward to putting back more expensive things so I can make bigger transfers into savings when I get home. 211
