Tracking for me has been the secret to succesful weight loss. No guessing at ounces or tsp or etc. I measure every single item before I eat or drink it. Every single item, every single time. That keeps me mindful of portion sizes, helps me to make sure I am balancing my diet with appr. amounts of carbs, proteins and fats. Each are vital to losing weight but in the right proportions.
Before you pour sticky substances into a measuring cup, fill with hot water. Dump out the hot water, but don't dry cup. Next, add your ingredient, such as peanut butter, and watch how easily it comes right out. 48
