The newest additions to the Yoplait family is the Greek yogurt and Yoplait smoothies. The Greek yogurt is yummy, unlike other brands, if you don't get unflavored, 130 calories, 12 grams of protein, 0 fat. Smoothies use only skim milk and are 140 calories plus 1 cup of skim milk. Yum!

Carry a protein bar to stave off hunger. Or if you can, a protein drink.
I always have water and a protein bar in my bag. I just got protein powder packets to carry too. This helps me noteat fast food if I'm out running errands or doing things. It tides me over until I get home where I can eat a healthy meal.
