If you did not do the fitness or healthy food choice thing for the day or moment....rewind the head and do it again.
I think not remembering that we get to do ir right again...on the next turn is sneaky form of punishment and perfectionism. Let it go and when you do rewind and redo button...on life....then you relieve yourself of the whip of punishment....the one we use on ourselves.

Don't wait by saying "Ill start again tomorrow." Just do one small thing now that puts you right back into it. Go for a walk around the block, Have a healthy snack, write down your goals for the day, and write how good you feel once you have done it. Remind yourself that you are worth it, and everything little thing in the right direction will take you to your goal. 306
Each little step is a stepping stone to success. You will like the way you feel once you have done it. Doing it now stops the cycle of procrastinating or waiting until everything is perfect. It does not have to be perfect. Just do something now.
