If you're into the bad habit of having ice cream then there is a simple solution that can be as good for you as you want it to be. I found this out when I was working at a summer camp. It's fun and delicious without making you feel guilty after! You can also add in fruit (so good).
You need: 1 large and 1 small ziplock bag, salt, ice, 1/2 a cup of milk (whatever kind you drink), a little sugar (to taste), and a little flavoring. Put the milk, sugar and flavoring into the small bag, then the small bag (closed), salt and ice into the big bag. Shake for 10 minutes then enjoy!

Ice cream is the one thing that I think "I can't live without". I save ~170 calories so that I can have a 1/2 cup of ice cream as a treat (everyday) and the little things that come up throughout the day (like cookies at work) don't look as good, knowing that I get to enjoy ice cream w/o cheating.
