If you're into the bad habit of having ice cream then there is a simple solution that can be as good for you as you want it to be. I found this out when I was working at a summer camp. It's fun and delicious without making you feel guilty after! You can also add in fruit (so good).
You need: 1 large and 1 small ziplock bag, salt, ice, 1/2 a cup of milk (whatever kind you drink), a little sugar (to taste), and a little flavoring. Put the milk, sugar and flavoring into the small bag, then the small bag (closed), salt and ice into the big bag. Shake for 10 minutes then enjoy!
