After a while my body gets use to the exercises that I am doing and stops losing weight. I find if I do new different types things my body kicks into gear again and starts to lose pounds. Try this when you get stuck.

If you have cable, check the on demand menu for free exercise videos. There may be some that you want to try before you go and buy them. I know that I found bellydancing and Bollywood dance exercises. Both are free, and look like they burn a lot. They may only be available for a limited time...
but while they are available, they will definitely change up your exercise routine and calorie burn.
For those of you with Wii and Netflix....free work out video's to your tv! All you have to do is request a free DVD from Netflix to connect your Wii to netflix, and pop it in your Wii. Then add work out videos to your instant queue and you can play them on your tv whenever you want.
Changing the exercise routine often helps keep it fun.
