Meal Planning
I find that if I have food planned and with me I am not tempted to head to the vending machine at school at night. I plan meals the night before and pack a bag with a meal and snack for the evening and I am not tempted to grab the junk. 4
MORE INFORMATION:
I make myself sit down to eat for at least 20 minutes, too... chewing and savoring every bite. The break and the meal gets me back to work energized (I am a culinary student in night school so there is lots of physical work)
That's it. Just plan ahead. Plan meals the night before. Pack all meals AND snacks for the next day. Put any supplements in with your meals. It much easier to eat often and eat healthy when it's all there ready to eat. Of course this all assumes you don't leave it on the kitchen counter like I did today! 2
Each night when I clean up after dinner, I make sure that I have things underway for the next night's dinner. I make sure that I know what I am planning to make and I double check that I have all ingredients. If something needs to be taken out and defrosted, I get that done.
MORE INFORMATION:
Sometimes it can be hard to plan a week's meals in advance. Even if you do it, your plans might need to be adjusted. By double-checking your plan the night before. You will be ready to go for the next evening. This helps me deliver good meals to my family each night.
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
