when grocery shopping make a list using the store(s) ad and stick to it. occasionally I may see something, like an unadvertised special that is too good to pass up.

  • Great advice.

    Today I took a printout of grocery list from spark nutrition page. Just added the extra needs, like soap, to the list. Was great. I have nearly everything for the next 7 days so that I can follow the spark nutrition plan. Usually I need to substitute less suitable items in spark meals.
