I've always hated running, but I started jogging on the treadmill. Now I love it! AND I've lost 6 lbs since I began 2 weeks ago! So challenge yourself with something you think you won't like. You may surprise yourself. I sure did!

  • it's a great suggestion now all I have to do if figure out what I can do that I want to do and have be incorporate into my life. It's a hard goal when you have limitations, but hopefully not impossible.

  • This works for me - I HATE jogging- but now run on the treadmill (though not far yet). I still hate it - but it is undeniably working.
    I also never skipped/ jumped rope until 3 weeks ago - now I do it 2 or 3 times a week -and I love it! emoticon - by IGIVEA4X
