if your last month weight loss was not what you hoped it would be, and maybe you even gained a littile. Sit down with your journal/ or blank piece of paper, and write down a list of what you did positive this month for your diet, and what you know that you did to sabotage yourself, BE HONEST!!

More Information:

Revamp your diet and habits on your own. If you like chocolate, or whatever your weakness is, put all of you effort into trying to find/ or create a low/fat free version of it, that tastes good, No Crap, because naturally when you cheat, you are going to cheat with your weakness. Try it, it works
