When planning out menus for the week, make sure to have a good variety of protein. Planning ahead is great, but getting sick of eating the same thing everyday defeats the purpose!
We usually have chicken, fish & pork every week. Not only do we vary what we eat, but also the spices we put on them. There are some great spice varieties out there. The Montreal Seasoning blend is GREAT!
