When planning out menus for the week, make sure to have a good variety of protein. Planning ahead is great, but getting sick of eating the same thing everyday defeats the purpose!

Meal variety is good. It's also good to find a few recipes you really dig and keep those as staples. It's hard to come up with new things every single day!
