i TOOK MY EXERCISE BIKE OUT OF THE SPARE ROOM AND PUT IT IN THE LOUNGEROOM. I WATCH MY FAVOURITE SHOWS AND CYCLE. ALSO FEEL TOO GUILTY NOT TO DO IT AS I HAVE TO SIT AND LOOK AT IT, HAHA! WORKS A TREAT FOR ME!

Listen to your emotions because your mind does affect your body. It is okay to be sad, it isn't a weakness. It is okay to be angry. It isn't indicative of a mean person. It is okay to be HAPPY! It isn't something a person needs to feel guilty about because we haven't done everything we are "supposed" to do. That will never happen. Truly feel your emotions rather than fighting them.
