I find that sometimes I have nothing to give. So I do one minute of anything I can count... e.g. jump rope, push ups, jumping jacks etc... That number always sparks my motivation to be competitive and beat my score. By the time I am done I have more energy and motivation
Do Not Let Your Spouse Adversely Affect Your Plan!
If your spouse is obese and does little or nothing about it, do not let him (or her) affect YOUR plan! Stay on track with diet and exercise and let your Spark community inspire and encourage you to continue!
