I track all of my "other" goals and glasses of water in the morning before I've done them. Since that gets me SparkPoints immediately, I'll make sure I meet my goals because I'd feel guilty having gotten points for nothing at the end of the day.

I have found that if I track all of my meals, exercise or water ahead of time I am more likely going to do as I already have said. If I don't track my lunch ahead of time I will more than likely go out to eat & I can't have that.
