Poor sleep and a lack of sleep really affects all aspects of my life. When I get enough sleep, then I get more done, I'm more active, I eat better, I make better decisions, I cook better meals, I enjoy my life more. If I'm tired, then it's all quite the opposite!

More Information:

I find it really important to have a good bedtime routine. I wind down for at least an hour, before sleep. My pillow may be my most important ally in a good sleep. I also track my hours of sleep on SP "Other Goals", to remind myself daily, of the importance of adequate sleep.

My sleep pattern got messed up when the olympics were on and I haven't been able to get back on target since. - by TKTMTA
  • This is something I have to work on. I don't get enough sleep... - by THMONGO
