Whenever I start beating myself up for having a bad day, I remind myself: "Today isn't over yet!" Then I try to do something to get back on track for that day - a healthy snack, a nap, a couple sets of crunches, or even just a glass of water. Don't wait to get back on track tomorrow, do something now!

    I absolutely agree..I try to keep this in the front of my mind all the time..Every choice is an opportunity to refocus..If there is a slip up, acknowledge, log and move on!
