This isn't exactly a secret yet but I will get back to you on it.
The only person I know to workout with me is my DH. I am going to buy another Wii controller and nunchuk and try to get him to pay Walk it Out for Wii with me once a week. I'll let you know later if I can do it. Wish me luck!!
Borrowed from the 12 Step Programs...plan meals & exercise for today. Yesterday is gone - can't change it; tomorrow isn't here yet, don't worry about it. Work through today...one meal, one activity at a time.
Use the Fitness tracker for ALL activities...it adds up more than you think; Use the Food tracker to plan your meals for the day...& include a small 'treat' - you won't feel deprived.
