I am leaving for Las Vegas tomorrow and hope I can keep track of what I eat as well as I have at home. I am a creature who thrives on routine. Vacation will really throw my routine off and that is a huge concern.

So true...it's still a treat for me when I eat out, but I make it a thought out healthy meal. I CAN live without the fattening yummy sauces and my food still tastes great!

At the start of the meal, I am eager to get back to the meal when I put the fork down but later in the meal, I usually see that I don't have the same urge to eat the rest.
