If you will chew tediously slowly, savor each bite and put your fork down between bites, you will give your brain enough time to know that you've satisfied your hunger before you overeat.

    I agree to this.
    Also if we have something hard, we get tired off easily by chewing and thus avoid having larger portion. - by APARNA1406
