I also just "discovered" jicama. I love all veggies, but this one seems more satisfying than most. I use it cut like a chip to dip in non-fat dressing or hummus. YUM !

I just love jicama, even with simply adding a dash of salt and a squeeze of lemon, it's delicious! yum
